"The investment seeks to replicate, net of expenses, the Markit iBoxx USD Liquid Investment Grade Index. The fund will invest primarily in the shares of a U.S. iShares fund that seeks to replicate the index and to hedge any resulting U.S. dollar currency exposure back to Canadian dollars.
