About

The investment seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the Renaissance International IPO Index. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in securities that comprise the index. The index is comprised of common stocks, depositary receipts, real estate investment trusts ("REITS") and partnership units. The fund may also invest up to 20% of its assets in certain futures, options, and swap contracts, cash and cash equivalents, as well as in common stocks not included in the index but which will help the fund track the index. The fund is non-diversified.
