The investment seeks to provide investors with long-term total return. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's net assets will be exposed to U.S. exchange-listed equity securities of U.S. and non-U.S. companies by investing in such securities directly and/or in U.S. exchange-traded funds ("ETFs") that provide exposure to such securities.
