About

The Fund seeks to achieve its objectives by allocating its assets among different types of credit instruments based on absolute and relative value considerations and its analysis of the credit markets. It expects its investments to initially consist primarily of senior, secured loans (?Senior Loans?) and high yield corporate bonds (?Corporate Bonds?). Normally at least 80% of the Fund's managed assets will be invested in credit instruments and investments with similar economic characteristics. The Fund will not invest more than 20% of its Managed Assets in credit instruments that are rated Caa or lower by Moody?s, or CCC or lower by S&P or Fitch.
