The index is generally composed of the equity securities of developed markets companies that derive at least 85% of their earnings or revenues from real estate operations in the industrial real estate sector, including companies that derive at least 85% of their earnings or revenues from self-storage real estate operations. The fund will invest at least 80% of the value of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in companies the industrial real estate sector.
