The company was formerly known as Osaka Yogyo Fire Brick Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Yotai Refractories Co., Ltd. in June 1987. Yotai Refractories Co., Ltd. was incorporated in 1936 and is headquartered in Kaizuka, Japan.
