Vantage Drilling International Ltd., an offshore drilling company, provides offshore contract drilling services in the United States and internationally. It operates through two segments, Drilling Services and Managed Services. The company offers contract drilling units, related equipment, and work crews on a dayrate basis to drill oil and gas wells. It also provides operational and marketing services for operating and stacked rigs; construction supervision services for rigs that are under construction; and preservation management services for rigs that are stacked. The company serves multinational oil and gas companies, government owned oil and gas companies, and independent oil and gas producers. Vantage Drilling International Ltd. was founded in 2007 and is headquartered in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates.
