The company was formerly known as CITIC 1616 Holdings Limited and changed its name to CITIC Telecom International Holdings Limited in 2010. CITIC Telecom International Holdings Limited was incorporated in 1997 and is headquartered in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong. CITIC Telecom International Holdings Limited operates as a subsidiary of CITIC Limited.
