Hypoport SE develops and markets technology platforms for the financial services, property, and insurance industries in Germany. The company operates through three segments: Real Estate & Mortgage Platforms, Financing Platforms, and Insurance Platforms. The Real Estate & Mortgage Platforms segment is involved in the development of technology platforms for brokering, financing, and valuing private residential properties. The Financing Platforms segment provides finance products outside the mortgage finance sector, including housing industry, corporate finance, and personal loans. The Insurance Platforms segment develops software solutions for insurance product distributors and business-to-consumer insurance companies. It also operates Europace, an internet based B2B credit marketplace for real estate financing and home loan products; Smart Insur, an internet-based B2B platform for private and commercial insurance policies for small business; and Corify and ePension B2B platforms for the administration of industrial insurance and occupational pension insurance. Hypoport SE was founded in 1954 and is based in Berlin, Germany.
