About

The investment seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the CBOE S&P 500 PutWrite Index. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's total assets will be invested in component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. The index tracks the value of a cash-secured put option sales strategy, which consists of selling (or "writing") S&P 500 Index put options ("SPX Puts") and investing the sale proceeds in one- and three-month Treasury bills. The fund is non-diversified.

This is a composite scorecard based on the application of evaluation criteria deemed most important by analysts. This is not a buy or sell recommendation.

What to like:
Superior risk adjusted returns

This stock has performed well, on a risk adjusted basis, compared to its sector peers(for a hold period of at least 12 months) and is in the top quartile.

High dividend returns

The stock has outperformed its sector peers on average annual dividend returns basis in the past 5 years (for a hold period of at least 12 months) and is in the top quartile. This can be a good buy, especially if it is outperforming on total return basis , for investors seeking high income yields.

Superior total returns

The stock has outperformed its sector peers on average annual total returns basis in the past 5 years (for a hold period of at least 12 months) and is in the top quartile.

Low volatility

The stock’s annual returns have been stable and consistent compared to its sector peers(for a hold period of at least 12 months) and is in the top quartile. Although stability is good, also keep in mind it can limit returns.

What to not like:
Low market capitalization

This is among the smaller entities in its sectors with below median market capitalization. That may make it less stable in the long run unless it has a unique technology or market which can help it grow or get acquired in future.
